After the assessment, you will receive a guide that will walk you through how you can emphasize your strong skills and begin working on your weaker ones. Above is the assessment Umbrella. After the assessment it will show all of the areas that you need to work on and all of the areas that you are strong in. It’s actually pretty amazing! You can share the experience with your children, students, spouse, or anyone that you want to share it with. There are many who would not think of going it alone, but with a shared experience, many will be willing to participate. So why don’t you invite someone to join you. Both of you will be glad you did!

Life is full of challenges. As an adult, we know we must find a way to solve the problem, but children will sometimes avoid the problem because they have not honed their solving skills. The Umbrella Project guides them through the problems within themselves and these are stepping stones to solving bigger problems that will eventually come in life. Your journey through life will put you in places that you never would have gone, but through the trials, we become who we are. And in some cases, we become a better person. Over processed hair is a very popular condition people run into.  Between the blow dryer, curling iron and especially a flat iron it isn’t surprising our hair is damaged.  180Pro Heat Rescue is just one of the great products from Zotos Professionals. I would love to tell you a bit about each product in the Rescue line.

The first product is the  Rescue shampoo, this shampoo repairs up to 2 years of damage.  I think this is just amazing.  I had my hair taken back to being blonde a year or so ago and I still swear my hair is still suffering.  I will never do that again! This heat rescue will gently cleanse heat damaged hair and helps lock out heat to prevent damage before it starts which is especially great if your hair has no damage as of yet.

To go along with the rescue shampoo, you will want to use the Heat Rescue conditioner by 180Pro.  It does the same things as the shampoo except of course it conditions your hair after being thoroughly cleansed. You will definitely enjoy the deep conditioning it brings to your hair.

What I really like about the Heat Rescue Polish Protector is that it helps detangle your hair and get it ready for your heat styling.  One of my issues for some reason is that my hair still has tangles after shampooing and conditioning.

I got one of these Hippy Spirit Tweed Fedoras, for one of my daughters, who loves hats.  These are not only stylish but they are FUN.  Each comes with a guitar pick (that you choose), tucked into the inner band.

I had a hard time choosing the guitar pick.  So many of them “spoke” to me.  I finally decided on “To love and be loved, that is everything”.

I think that if I had chosen something for myself, I would have gotten the women or teen ivory acrylic cable knit trapper hat with pom pom. I think that it would be so much fun to wear…and it would keep my head and ears warm, here in Upstate NY!

The girls were enthralled from the moment that the DVD started.

My 8 year old granddaughter and her friends thought that this game was loads of fun. For up to 4 players at once, but we found that 2 to 3 at a time worked best for our group.  Giggles galore erupted from our kitchen table.
